Can I meet the caregiver before starting the service?
Yes, absolutely. We understand the importance of trust and comfort. If you wish, we can arrange a pre-service interaction (in-person or via video call) with the assigned caregiver.
Do I need to provide food or accommodation for the caregiver?
For 12-hour services, food is expected to be provided by the client. For 24-hour services, both food and a basic sleeping arrangement should be provided at the client’s home.
How do you ensure the caregiver is trustworthy?
All our caregivers go through a detailed background verification process, in-person interviews, and training before joining. We value your family’s safety as our top priority.
Do you provide female or male caregivers as per preference?
Yes, we provide caregivers based on the gender of the patient. Male caregivers for male patients, and female caregivers for female patients — unless there’s a specific preference discussed during inquiry.
What if we’re not satisfied with the assigned caregiver?
If you feel the caregiver isn’t the right fit, we will try to replace them as soon as possible. Your comfort and satisfaction matter the most to us.
Do you provide medical equipment or support with hospital visits?
We currently do not provide medical equipment or ambulance services. However, our caregivers can accompany the patient to hospitals if needed, based on service discussion.
Do caregivers perform all household chores like cleaning, mopping, or dishwashing?
Caregivers are trained to assist with personal care, hygiene, feeding, mobility support, and patient-related tasks. General household chores are not part of their responsibilities.
Can the caregiver be called upon 24x7 for every small task?
While our caregivers are available 24×7 in full-time service, they too need adequate rest. They’ll be attentive and responsible, but tasks must be reasonable and relevant to caregiving.
